By accessing and using EPM Cloud Assurance, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This application is available only to users authorized to access Oracle EPM environments.
EPM Cloud Assurance provides automated testing and validation for Oracle EPM Planning, ARCS, and FCCS. It enables scheduling of pre- and post-update tests to ensure smooth updates and reliable performance.
Users must ensure their Oracle EPM environments are properly configured and updated. Accurate information must be provided for test scheduling, and users are responsible for monitoring test results and alerts.
User data, including performance metrics and test results, is securely stored using PostgreSQL. Azure Communication Services handles notifications, and all data complies with applicable data protection laws.
The service aligns with Oracle’s monthly update schedule (2nd week for test, 4th week for production). Users are notified of issues, but must act on the reports provided.
Continued access to automated testing and reporting may require a subscription. Fees and payment terms will be outlined in the agreement and are subject to change with notice.
Role-based access includes Owner, Admin, and User tiers. Admins manage test schedules, while Users view reports and metrics.
EPM Cloud Assurance does not guarantee error-free Oracle EPM environments post-updates. It identifies issues but does not provide fixes; users must act on findings.
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms. Users can cancel subscriptions, but prior data may be retained.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the specified jurisdiction.
EPM Cloud Assurance may update these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
